Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Plasytore account and linked app data at any time.

FASTEST METHOD

Delete it directly in the app.

  1. Open Plasytore and sign in to the account you want to remove.
  2. Open the Profile tab.
  3. Choose Delete account and confirm the request.

This permanently deletes your account and active user data, including saved progress, preferences, and profile details. It cannot be undone.

Can't access the app?

Send a deletion request from the email connected to your account. Include your player display name or account email, and do not send passwords, one-time codes, or payment information.

What remains after deletion?

Active account and progression records are deleted. If a technical recovery step is required, any remaining database record is anonymized and cannot be linked back to your identity. Aggregated, non-identifying service statistics and crash diagnostics may remain where needed for security and reliability.
